“ Un'esperienza culinaria che merita! Siamo stati a cena in questa locanda e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. L'atmosfera è bella e rilassante, e il servizio è stato eccellente, con uno staff attento e molto professionale che ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. La qualità generale del cibo è decisamente di alto livello. Abbiamo apprezzato in particolare i secondi. Il diaframma brasato al Negramaro era buono nel complesso, specialmente con la salsina che lo accompagnava, anche se l'abbiamo trovato leggermente duro. Il maialino in crosta, invece, era cotto alla perfezione, croccante fuori e morbidissimo dentro. Unico piccolo appunto sulle cozze gratinate: purtroppo non ci hanno entusiasmato pienamente. Avrebbero potuto avere più gusto e forse un filo d'olio in più per renderle più succulente. È un dettaglio, ma speriamo possa essere utile per migliorare ulteriormente. Nel complesso, l'esperienza è stata fantastica. Torneremo sicuramente per assaggiare altre specialità, Consigliato assolutamente ”
